Our Story

The RODE Collection began quietly, over café con leche at Gustos Coffee Shop, where Denise and Rosalyn met regularly to study for their real estate licenses. What started as focused study sessions soon evolved into conversations about something more meaningful, building not just a company, but a brand grounded in shared values, purpose, and integrity.

At the time, life was full. Between tennis courts, soccer fields, and volleyball games, motherhood defined their daily rhythm. Denise was deeply immersed in raising her four boys (and unmistakably present on the sidelines), while Rosalyn balanced the same demanding pace with her three girls. Schedules were packed, days were demanding, and commitments were constant. Then, as college years arrived and the kids began leaving the nest, space opened for a new chapter.

With that shift came clarity. Denise’s legal background, rooted in strategy, diligence, and structure, and Rosalyn’s experience in sales, hospitality, and high-touch service created a powerful foundation. Together, they saw an opportunity to elevate the real estate experience through responsiveness, transparency, and careful attention to every detail, while honoring the art of hosting, a shared passion for design and lifestyle, and the responsibility of guiding people through meaningful decisions with confidence and trust. 

From this shared vision, RODE was born. RODE is a reflection of both founders, a blend of Rosalyn and Denise, and a symbol of movement, partnership, and direction. More than a name, it represents a commitment to showing up fully for every client, every step of the way.
