She has a proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets, lead large cross-functional teams, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Meila is known for translating strategic goals into efficient execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 
Throughout her career in film production, Meila has directed full-scale operations for feature films, documentaries, and commercial projects, monitoring budgets, staffing, logistics, and overall delivery. Deeply passionate about design, she has also been involved in interior decorating for many years, conducting remodeling and transforming spaces with functionality and exquisite taste. 

Meila applies her expertise as a staging and project consultant, enhancing property value and marketability through thoughtful design and coordination. She leads RODE Living, overseeing staging initiatives while also supporting clients through their moving and relocation processes, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to excellence.
